肿瘤细胞浸润能力的体外实验研究及实际意义

本实验选择非恶性的ＮＩＨ３Ｔ３细胞及不同转移能力的人肺巨细胞癌（ＰＧ）和人肺腺癌（ＰＡａ）细胞，用浸润小室实验方法观察３个细胞系的浸润能力。结果表明：ＮＩＨ３Ｔ３细胞无浸润能力，转移能力不同的ＰＧ、ＰＡａ瘤细胞能快速穿过基质胶表现出不同的浸润能力，高转移能力的ＰＧ瘤细胞比低转移能力的ＰＡａ瘤细胞显示出较强的浸润能力。浸润小室所反映的肿瘤浸润能力的强弱与体内肿瘤细胞的转移率成正相关，表明浸润小室实验是一种简便、快速、有效的的反映肿瘤细胞浸润能力的体外实验方法。

Experimental study on the invasive potential of tumor cell in vitro and its significance

In this study,we used Invasion Chamber Test to assess the invasive potential of vari-ous metastatic PG. PAa cells and nonmalignant NIH3T3 cell, The results showed that NIH3T3 had noinvasive abilty;various metastatic PG. PAa cells could rapidly enetrate through basement membranematrigel.The high metastatic PG cell showed more powerful invasive potential than that of lowmetastatic PAa cell.These resuts suggest that there is the positive relation between the rate of tumorcell metastasis in vivo and the invasive potential assessed by Invasion Chamber Test in vitro. So Inva-sion Chamber Tset is a simple,rapid and effective experimental method to assay the invasive potentialof tumor cell in vitro.
