天然调味品中6种微量元素含量的测定

摘    要:用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定7种天然调味品中Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Pb,Cd等6种微量元素,比较分析不同调味品之间微量元素的差异,为人们的饮食调味提供可靠的参数。结果表明,方法快速、简便、准确,对高良姜中各元素进行了回收实验,回收率在96%~108%,RSD平均值在0.27%~4.48%。7种常用天然调味品中微量元素的含量有较大差异。

Abstract:By flame atomic absorption spectrometry in natural flavorings in seven Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Pb,Cd six trace elements,Comparative analysis of different trace elements between the different condiments,flavored diet for people to provide reliable data parameters.The results show that the method is fast,simple,accurate,and galangal in the recovery of the elements of the experiment,recovery of 96% ~108%,RSD 0.27%~4.48%.In average.Seven commonly used condiments in the natural trace elements are quite different.
