| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ) 在先兆子痫发病机制中的作用。方法: 用ELISA方法测定88例先兆子痫和21例正常晚孕妇女血清IGF-Ⅱ的水平。88例先兆子痫患者中15例为轻度先兆子痫, 73例为重度先兆子痫, 统计学方法采用t检验。结果: 重度先兆子痫组IGF-Ⅱ显著高于正常晚孕组(P<0 05) 和轻度先兆子痫组(P<0 05)。结论:先兆子痫患者血清IGF-Ⅱ显著升高, 且随病情加重明显升高, IGF-Ⅱ可能是先兆子痫病理过程中主要调节因子之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the role of serum insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ) in the mechanism of preeclampsia.Methods:Serum IGF-Ⅱlevels in 88 pregnant women with preeclampsia (15 cases with mild preeclampsia, 73 cases with severe preeclampsia) and 21 normal pregnant women were determined by ELISA.Results:Serum IGF-Ⅱlevels in severe preeclampsia group were significantly higher than that in normal controls and mild preeclampsia group (both P <0.05). Conclusion:Serum IGF-Ⅱlevels in patients with preeclampsia significantly increased with severity of diseases, which could be one of main regulative factors in course of preeclampsia pathogenesis. |
