预防子宫全切术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的研究

目的：研究一种物理方法预防妇科手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成，方法：将60例子宫全切手术病人分为两组，对照组：不进行下肢肌肉电热脉冲按摩仪治疗。治疗组：从麻醉后开始整个手术中给予下肢腓肠肌电热脉冲按摩。两组分别于术前，麻醉后，填肠后，术毕，术后24h，术后6d均取血监测凝血机制，血流变及做静脉阻抗容积波形图测定，结果：治疗组除凝血酶原时间术毕较对照组延长外，其余凝血参数无明显差异，血流变各参数值治疗组术毕与对照组比较有明显差异（P＜0．05或P＜0．01）。结论：麻醉后，手术中对双下肢腓肠肌电热按摩能有效地降低血黏度，加快血液流速，减少静脉血瘀滞，可以预防下肢深静脉血栓形成。

Study on Prevention of Thrombosis of Pelvic Limbs Bathyveins after Hysterectomy

Objective:To study the prevention of thrombosis of pelvic limbs bathyveins after hysterectomy.Methods:Sixty hysterectomy patients were randomly divided in to a treat group who was given a massage on musculus semimembranous of pelvic li mbs by a galvanotherm_pulse instrument during operation(n=30)and a control group who was not given the massage(n=30).The mechanism of blood coagulation,hemorrhe ology and vein_anti volume kymogram were determined before operation,after narco sis,after pressing the intestines and just,24 hours and 6 days after operation.R esults:The prothrombin time in treat group was longer than that in control grou p,whild other coagulation parameters were of no significant differences between the two groups.The parameters of hemorrheology in treat group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01) Conclusion:Galvanotherm m assage on musculus semimembranous after narcosis and during operatio can effecti vely decrease blood viscosity,accelerate blood_flowing speed and decrease sludgi ng of vein blood.It is an effective method to prevent the thrombosis of pelvic l imbs bathyveins.
