反相高效液相色谱法测定金鸡胶囊中盐酸巴马汀及盐酸小檗碱的含量

 目的：建立测定金鸡股囊中盐酸巴马汀及盐酸小檗碱的含量的方法。方法：反相高效液相色谱法,采用ImetsilODS 3 C₁₈柱为分析柱,乙腈-水-十二烷基磺酸钠（470:530:1)为流动相;检测波长为265 nm,柱温40C,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1。结 果：盐酸巴马汀在4.368～52.416 mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.97% ;盐酸小檗碱在4.532～54.384mg·^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.98%。结论：该法简便,快速,重现性好,适用于金鸡胶囊 中盐酸巴马汀及盐酸小檗碱的定量分析。

Determination of palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride in Jinji capsules by RP-HPLC

OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination of berberine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride in Jinji capsules. METHODS An HPLC method was carried out using an Inertsil ODS-3 column and a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water-sodium laurylsulfonate (470:530:1 g) ,The ultraviolet detection was at 265 nm. Flow rate 1.0 mL·min^-1. RESULTS Average recovery of berberine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride were 98.97% and 98.98%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS The standard curve was linear over the range of 4.368～52.416 mg·L^-1 for palmatine, and 4.532～54. 384 mg·L^-1 for barberine hydrochloride.
