摘    要: 目的:用HPLC法同时测定滴鼻剂中盐酸麻黄素氢化可的松的含量。方法:采用C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.05 mol·L-1KH2PO4-三乙胺(50∶50∶0.2),用磷酸调pH3.7,检测波长257 nm。结果:盐酸麻黄素在360~600 μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),回收率101.3%,RSD为1.0%。氢化可的松在36~60μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),回收率101.5%,RSD为1.0%。结论:该方法可同时测定滴鼻剂中盐酸麻黄素氢化可的松含量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and hydrocotisone in nose drops by HPLC. METHODS Ephedrine hydrochloride and hydrocotisone were eluted with CHOH3:0.05 mol·l-1 KH2PO4:(CH2CH2)3N (50∶50∶0.2) on C18 column and determination wavelength at 257 nm. RESULTS The linear range was 360~600 μg·ml-1(r=0.9999), the average recovery was 101.3%,RSD=1.0% for ephedrine hydrochloride and the linear range was 36~60 μg·ml-1(r=0.9998),the average recovery was 101.5%,RSD=1.0% for hydrocotisone respectively.CONCLUSIONS This method was accurate for the simultaneous determination of both constituents in the nose drops.
