高效液相色谱法同时测定滴鼻剂中盐酸麻黄素和氢化可的松的含量

 目的：用HPLC法同时测定滴鼻剂中盐酸麻黄素氢化可的松的含量。方法：采用C₁₈色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-0.05 mol·L^-1KH₂PO₄-三乙胺（50∶50∶0.2），用磷酸调pH3.7，检测波长257 nm。结果：盐酸麻黄素在360～600 μg·ml^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999），回收率101.3%，RSD为1.0%。氢化可的松在36～60μg·ml^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998)，回收率101.5%，RSD为1.0%。结论：该方法可同时测定滴鼻剂中盐酸麻黄素氢化可的松含量。

Simultantous determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and hydrocotisone in the nose drops by HPLC

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and hydrocotisone in nose drops by HPLC. METHODS Ephedrine hydrochloride and hydrocotisone were eluted with CHOH³:0.05 mol·l^-1 KH²PO⁴:(CH₂CH₂)₃N (50∶50∶0.2) on C₁₈ column and determination wavelength at 257 nm. RESULTS The linear range was 360～600 μg·ml^-1(r=0.9999), the average recovery was 101.3%,RSD=1.0% for ephedrine hydrochloride and the linear range was 36～60 μg·ml^-1(r=0.9998),the average recovery was 101.5%,RSD=1.0% for hydrocotisone respectively.CONCLUSIONS This method was accurate for the simultaneous determination of both constituents in the nose drops.
