| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定尼莫地平片的含量及均匀度。方法：色谱柱ODS-C18柱，流动相为甲醇∶水（4∶1），检测波长为238 nm。结果：在2.5～32 μg·ml-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99.82%,RSD为0.67%。结论：该法专属性强，操作简便，结果准确。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method,using diazepam as internal standard.METHODS The chromatographic conditions included ODS column,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-H2O(4∶1),UV detector at 238 nm.RESULTS Under this condition,there was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 2.5～32 μg·ml-1,the average recovery was 99.82%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.67%.CONCLUSIONS The proposed method is selective simple and accurate. |
