| 摘 要： | 目的：建立二味康中多糖的含量测定方法。方法：用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖的含量，测定波长488 nm。结果：本法线性范围为6～60 μg·ml-1，平均回收率=97.94%，RSD=2.33%(n=6)。测得5批样品中多糖含量分别为56.7,68.4,73.1,73.4,90.4 mg·ml-1。结论：该法可用于二味康中多糖的含量测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a spectrophotometry for the determination of polysaccharides in EWK.METHODS The absorptions of samples were measured at the wavelength of 488 nm.RESULTS Linear range was 6～60 μg·ml-1,recovery was 97.94%,RSD was 2.33%.The contents of 5 batches were 56.7,68.4,73.1,73.4,90.4 mg·ml-1,respectively.CONCLUSIONS The method is convenient and practicable. |
