| 摘 要： | 目的：建立三黄泻心汤中盐酸小檗碱含量的高效液相色谱（HLPC）的测定方法。方法：色谱柱为Nucliso Tμ(200 mm×4.6 mm，流动相：乙腈-0.5 mol·L-1四-丁基溴化胺-水（7.5∶1.5∶91），流速：2 ml·min-1，检测波长：346 nm，柱温：40℃。结果：在0.2～3.2 μg内峰面积与盐酸小檗碱含量呈直线关系，平均回收率为98.59%。结论：利用HPLC法测定盐酸小檗碱含量操作简单，结果准确。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a simple and sensitive HPLC method for determining Berb-erine Hydrochloride in Sanhuang decoction for purging stomach-fire.METHODS Berberine hydrochloride was separated on ODS column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-4-butylammoniumbromlde solution（0.5 mol·L-1 ）-water（7.5∶1.5∶91）and detected at 346 nm with a flow rate of 2 ml·min-1.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.2～3.2 μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery of Berberine Hydrochloride was more than 98%. CONCLUSIONS It is a simple and accurate meathod for the determination of Berberine in Sanhuang decoction for purging stomach-fire. |
