| 摘 要： | 目的：研究辛夷挥发油的抗过敏作用。方法：采用磷酸组织胺（HA)、 氯化乙酰胆碱(Ach)所致豚鼠离体回肠收缩实验，卵白蛋白 (OA)引起的致敏豚鼠离体回肠实验及大鼠肥大细胞脱颗粒实验法。结果：辛夷挥发油能显著抑制HA、Ach引起的豚鼠离体回肠收缩，对致敏豚鼠离体回肠的过敏性收缩有较强的抑制作用，并能明显阻止大鼠肥大细胞脱颗粒。结论：辛夷挥发油具有较强的抗过敏作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study anti-allergic effects of volatile oil from Flos Magnoliae. METHODS To detect in methods ofisolated puinea pigs ileum smooth muscle experiment induced by histamine and acetylcholine, isolated ileum smooth muscle of ovalbumin-sensitized puinea pigs and the degranulation of mast call(MC) in rats.RESULTS volatile oil could remarkably inhibit the constriction of isolated ileum smooth muscle of guinea pigs induced by histamine and acetylcholine. It had inhibitory effect on allerigc constriction of isolated ileum smooth muscle of sensifzed guinea pigs and markedly suppressed the degranulation of MC in rats. CONCLUSIONS volatile oil has remarkable anti-allergic effects. |
