脑脉Ⅰ号胶囊挥发油的包合工艺

摘    要: 目的:研究脑脉Ⅰ号胶囊挥发油的包合工艺。方法:正交试验法和GC/MS分析。结果:以挥发油利用率、包合物收得率、包合物含油率为指标,优选出挥发油饱和水溶液法的最佳包合条件为:挥发油和β-环糊精的比例为1 ml∶4 g,包合温度为40℃,包合时间为2 h,经 GC-MS分析,包合前后挥发油主要成分基本一致。结论:用β-环糊精包合脑脉Ⅰ号胶囊挥发油,能有效地保存挥发油的有效成分,最佳包合工艺可靠。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the inclusion process for volatile oil in Naomai I Capsule. METHODS Orthogonal experiment design and GC/MS analysis. RESULTS Using utility rate of volatile oil, collecting rate and oil content of inclusion compounds as index,the optimal inclusion conditions for volatile oil with saturated solution method were gained as follows:a proportion of 1:4 (ml:g) for oil toβ-cyclodextrin ,stirring for 2 hours at 40℃. GC/MS analysis showed that the main components of volatile oil before and after being covered have no significant difference.CONCLUSIONS β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound can effectively preserve the active components of volatile oil and the optimal inclusion process is reliable.
