清热解毒口服液的絮凝澄清技术

摘    要: 目的:研究絮凝技术用于中药水提液精制的可行性与科学性。方法:采用絮凝技术与醇沉技术制备清热解毒口服液。结果:絮凝技术制备的清热解毒口服液与醇沉技术相比,成本低,生产周期短,对鞣质的去除较完全,稳定性优于醇沉法,有效成分总黄酮的含量较醇沉制品略低,但明显高于中国药典标准,总多糖含量也略低于醇沉制品。结论:絮凝技术可替代醇沉技术用于清热解毒口服液的澄清。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To assess the feasibility of purification for herb extraction liquid through flocculation.METHODS Preparation of Qingrejiedu oral liquid in flocculation and precipitation.RESULTS Comparable to precipitation, flocculating can bring us advantages of lower cost, shorter cycle of production and higher deprivation rate of vegetable tannins and better reliability. The content of the active component, flavonoids, is lower in sample prepared through flocculation than through precipitation, but exceeds the requirements of the pharmacopoeia. Also the content of the active component, total polysaccharide, is lower in sample prepared through flocculation than through precipitation. CONCLUSIONS The method of flocculation can replace precipitation to purify Qingre jiedu oral liquid.
