| 摘 要： | 目的：测定胃升注射液中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法：采用双波长薄层扫描法。结果：本品平均加样回收率为101.96%，RSD为1.395%，5批样品中黄芪甲苷含量的平均值为0.01479 mg/支。结论：方法简便、快速、灵敏度高，可用于该品的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To determine the content of Astragaloside A in Weisheng injections.METHODS The method of TLC scanning was used. RESULTS The average recovery of Astragaloside A was 101.96%, and RSD=1.395%. The average content of the Astragaloside A in five groups of samples was 0.01479 mg injection. CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, rapid and reproducible. The results showed that TLC scanning is a good method for controlling the quality of Weisheng injections. |
