高效液相色谱法同时测定复方苯甲酸软膏中的苯甲酸和水杨酸含量

 目的：建立一种快速、准确的高效液相色谱法同时测定苯甲酸和水杨酸的含量。方法：使用阴离子交换色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-0.05 mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾（30∶70），检测波长为244 nm。结果：样品测定在8 min内完成，苯甲酸在60～480 mg·L^-1范围内，r=0.9995, RSD=0.72%,平均回收率为99.5%；水杨酸在30～240 mg·L^-1范围内，r=0.9995, RSD=0.67%，平均回收率为100.7%。结论：本方法可快速准确地检测复方苯甲酸软膏中的苯甲酸和水杨酸含量。

Dtermination of benzoic acid and salicylic acid in compound benzoic acid ointment by HPLC

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination benzoic acid and salicylic acid in compound benzoic acid ointment by HPLC. METHODS Particil-SAX as stationery phase, methanol-0.05 mol·L^-1 KH₂PO₄(30∶70) as mobile phase. The internal standard was chloramphenicol, the wavelength of detection was 244 nm.RESULTS BA and SA were eluted in 8 min,in the concentration of BA 60～480 mg·L^-1，r=0.9995, RSD=0.72%,the rate of average recovery was 99.5%；and in the concentration of SA 30～240 mg·L^-1,r=0.9995,RSD=0.67%,the rate of average recovery was 100.7%.CONCLUSIONS The method can be used to determine the concentration of benzoic acid and salicylic acid in compound benzoic acid ointment rapidly and accurately.
