| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨上腹部手术后患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)的可行性和应用价值。方法:回顾分析我院2003年1月至2007年12月为141例有上腹部手术史患者行LC的临床资料。结果:141例中135例顺利完成手术,平均手术时间43min。2例胃肠损伤于镜下完成修补,1例术后24h发现腹膜炎开腹探查;5例因腹腔粘连严重中转开腹,全部病例均治愈。结论:有上腹部手术史患者行LC安全可行。
