厦门市餐饮具集中式消毒机构消毒效果监测分析

摘    要:目的了解厦门市餐饮具集中式消毒机构消毒效果,探讨推广餐饮具集中式消毒模式。方法随机抽取厦门市餐饮具集中式消毒机构1015件餐饮具进行大肠菌群检测,对结果进行统计分析。结果餐饮具集中式消毒机构餐饮具消毒合格率为89.5%;不同类别餐饮具消毒效果有一定的差异。结论餐饮具集中式消毒机构消毒效果良好,推广餐饮具集中式消毒可望有效改善中小餐饮单位餐具消毒卫生状况;同时,尚需要加强对餐饮具集中式消毒机构的监管和指导。

Abstract:Objective To know the efficacy of centralized disinfection in public catering industry of Xiamen,and to discuss and popularize the centralized disinfection model.
