| 摘 要： | 一种复方消毒液主要有效成分为醋酸氯己定和乙醇,为观察其对皮肤喷雾消毒效果进行了现场消毒试验。结果,以含醋酸氯己定5 g/L和体积分数75%乙醇的该消毒液原液对受试者前臂均匀喷雾消毒作用1 m in,对皮肤表面自然菌平均杀灭对数值为1.41(对数值范围在0.37~2.47)。结论,该复方消毒液对皮肤上自然菌具有良好的杀灭效果。

| Abstract: | The main active ingredients of a compound disinfection solution are chlorhexidine acetate and ethanol.In order to observe its efficacy in spraying disinfection of skin,field disinfection test was carried out.Results: Disinfection of the subjects' forearms with evenly spraying the stock solution of the disinfectant containing chlorhexidine acetate 5 g/L and 75%(v/v) ethanol for 1 min killed the natural bacteria on skin surface by a logarithm of 1.41 in average(the range of logarithm value was 0.37～2.47).Conclusion: The compound disinfectant has good efficacy in killing the natural bacteria on skin. |
