九种微量元素与对肠病相关性研究

目的：探讨微量元素与结肠病的相关性，以便为该病的防治提供有益的科学依据，方法：该文124例门诊病人，经纤维结肠镜检查及病理学确诊后分为两组：结肠炎65人，结肠息肉16人，结肠癌17人，结肠正常26人，均采用原子吸收分光光度计定量测定铜，钴，钠、钙、锰、铅、锌9种微量元素，其结果用计算机作方差分析和秩和检查处理，结果：发现该9种微量元素在四组病人血清中含量均无明显差别，基本上与国外学者报告一致，结论：微量元素与结肠病的相关性尚无统一的认识，有待进一步研究。

Study on Relativity between 9 Microelements and Colonic Diseases

Objective: To study relation between microelements and colonic diseases for improving prevent and therapy of theses diseases.Method:9 kinds of microelements (Cu,Fe,Co,Na,Ca,Mn,Pb and Zn) of patients with colonic diseases (including colonitis,colonic polypi and colonic cancer) and healthy people were mensurated.The relativity between microelements and colonic diseases was analyzed through statistic method.Results: No differences were found between patients wiht colonic diseases and healthy people in microelements.Conclusions: No remarkable relativity exists between the colonic diseases and the trace elements in this study,but more researches are necessary.
