体瓷厚度对新型玻璃渗透氧化锆全瓷修复体颜色影响的实验研究

目的:研究体瓷厚度对新型玻璃渗透氧化锆全瓷修复体颜色再现的影响。方法:采用CIE1976L*a*b*标准色度系统比较不同厚度的体瓷对全瓷修复体颜色再现的影响,根据体瓷厚度(0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2、1.4mm)分为5个实验组,采用Vitadur Alpha瓷粉制作的无基底的全层瓷片为对照组。结果:随体瓷厚度的增加,样本的L*值逐渐降低,a*值和b*值逐渐增高;0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2、1.4mm实验组与对照组色差值分别为:6.818±0.567,4.348±0.589,2.280±0.398,1.709±0.178,1.169±0.169,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新型玻璃渗透氧化锆基底与Vitadur Alpha瓷粉配合使用,在体瓷厚度达到1.4mm时,全瓷修复体能够较理想地再现选定的颜色。

The effect of thickness on the color of porcelain with the new type zirconia base

AIM:To study the relationship of the thickness and the color of porcelain restoration with the new type zirconia base.METHODS:Dentin porcelain was prepared with the thickness of 0.6 mm,0.8 mm,1.0 mm,1.2 mm and 1.4 mm on the zirconia base.The color of the disks was measured with a SF-300 spectrum colorimeter on standard white background.RESULTS:While the thickness of porcelain specimens increased, the a and b values increased,the L value decreased.While the thickness of porcelain specimens increased,the chromatism between the test group and the control group decreased.CONCLUSION:When the thickness of dentin porcelain is 1.4 mm,the dental all-ceramic with the new type zirconia base will represent the color properly.
