| 摘 要： | 金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素（简称肠毒素）引起的食物中毒占食物中毒总数的50%以上。肠毒素的快速诊断方法很多，如免疫扩散、放射免疫、免疫荧光、反向间接血球凝集试验和酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）等。

| Abstract: | Using the enzyme-labelled antibody method modified by Wilson.a double-antibody sandwich ELISA technique for detection of Staphylococcal enterotoxin type C2 was developed.An am ount of 1.25ag/ml Staphylococcal enterotoxin could be detected，the OD value of blank control was less thaw 0.01 and non一specific reactioa appeared at 1:2000.Pretreatment was not required for detection of Staphylococcal enterotoxia is experimeatally contaminated food and food samples from outbreaks of Staphylococcal food poisoniag thus this m ethod was superior to those reported in the tliterature. |
