摘    要:目的:探讨磁共振血管成像(MRA)对缺血性脑血管病颅内动脉狭窄或闭塞诊断的准确性。方法:研究对象为近1年本院明确诊断为缺血性脑血管病的患者55例,其中男32例,女23例,年龄39岁~81岁,平均年龄67岁。应用MRA检测所有患者的颅内动脉,并同时与数字减影全脑血管造影对比。结果:MRA对缺血性脑血管病颅内动脉狭窄或闭塞诊断的特异性为90.6%,敏感性为75.9%。MRA假阳性率为34.9%,假阴性率为4%。结论:在诊断缺血性脑血管病颅内动脉狭窄或闭塞方面MRA有较好的可靠性,可指导临床医师进行临床个体化治疗。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the accuracy of MRA in the diagnosis of occlusive and stenotic disorders of intracranial arteries. Methods 50 cases withischmic cerebral vasculiar disease were collected. All the patients underwent MRA and DSA. All the detecting informations were studied comparatively. Results The specificity for detecting the stenosis and occlusion of intracranial arteries was 90.6% for MRA. The sensitivity was 75.9% for MRA. The false positive rate was 34.9% for MRA. The false negative rate was 4% for MRA. Conclusions MRA is relatively quite reliable in the detecting of stenosis and occlusion in the intracranial artery.
