| 摘 要： | 目的：观察刺络拔罐配合TDP为主治疗带状疱疹30例的临床疗效。方法：局麻下刺络拔罐，配合TDP照射等方法治疗，10天1疗程，2疗程评定。结果：总有效率100％，结论：以疼痛为核心，辨证分期，防治两施，避免误诊，重视心理治疗是提高此病疗效的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effectiveness of venesection and drawing-jar plus TDP in treating h.zoster.Methods:After local anesthesia,30 patients with h.zoster treated with venesction and drawing-jar plus TDP etc,1 therapeutic course per 10 days,2 period of treatment as curative effect assessing.Results:The total rate of effectiveness was 100% in these 30 patients.Conclusion:The key to improve the clinical effectiveness in treating the h.zoster is to treat pain as cure center,use syndrome differentiation in staging,prevent together with treatment,avoid making mistakes in diagnosis and attach importance to psychal treatment. |
