手足口病患儿血糖、血白细胞及前白蛋白水平变化的意义研究

目的：探讨手足口病患儿血糖、白细胞及前白蛋白水平变化的f临床意义。方法：116例手足口病患儿按照病情程度分为A组（I期）41例、B组（1I期）39例、C组（Ⅲ期）36例，分别对3组手足口病患儿治疗前后的血糖、外周血白细胞及血浆前白蛋白水平进行检测。结果：3组患儿治疗前血糖、外周血白细胞及血浆前白蛋白水平比较均具有统计学差异（P〈0．01），治疗后A组3项指标水平与本组治疗前比较无统计学差异（P〉0．05），B组及C组3项指标水平与本组治疗前比较均具有统计学差异（P〈0．01、0．05）。结论：手足口病患儿病情的严重程度与血糖、外周血白细胞及血浆前白蛋白水平有相关性，3项指标的检测对于判断手足口病患儿的病情程度及判断预后具有重要意义。

Study of significance of blood glucose,white blood cells and prealbumin levels in HFMD children

Objective：To investigate the changes of blood glucose, white blood cells and prealbumin levels in child patients with HFMD. nethods：ll6 children with hand, foot and mouth disease were divided into group A （ I period） 41 cases, group B （ Ⅱ period） 39 cases, group C （ Ⅲ period） 36 cases in accordance with the severity, respectively, blood sugar before and after treatment, the former WBC and serum prealbumin levels were detected. Results ：There was difference in the three groups before treatment about blood glucose, WBC and serum albumin levels were statistically compare differences （P 〈0.01 ） ,there was no significant difference between pre- treat- ment and after - treatment about three indicators in group A （ P 〉0. 05 ）, there were statistically different about the three indicators be- tween before treatment and after treatment in Group B and Group C （P 〈 0.01,0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The severity of children with HFMD should be correlated with blood glucose, WBC and prealbumin levels. Detection of the three indicators for judging the severity of HFMD and the prognosis should be important.
