肝癌围手术期心肺并发症影响因素分析

目的：探讨影响肝癌围手术期心肺并发症的主要相关因素。方法：收集190例行肝癌手术治疗患者，予以回顾分析，对围手术期心肺并发症采取Logistic 回归分析，总结心肺并发症与危险因素的相关性。结果：患者中，心肺并发症109例，发生率为（57．37％），术前即合并心律失常、行全肝切除、手术时间超过3小时、术后肺部感染等患者，其在围手术期易发生心肺并发症。结论：对患者行术前全面性的评估，对进一步预测心肺并发症有着重要意义，同时更有指导价值。

Liver cancer perioperative cardiopulmonary complications affecting factors analysis

Objective：To explore liver cancer perioperative cardiopulmonary complications of the main related factors .Methods：To collect 190 routine surgical treatment of liver cancer patients , be retrospective analysis of perioperative cardiopulmonary complications take Logistic regression analysis , correlation summary cardiopulmonary complications and risk factors .Results：The patients, 109 cases of car-diopulmonary complications, the rate was （57.37%）, preoperative arrhythmia that was, the line of the whole liver resection surgery for more than 3h, postoperative pulmonary infection in patients whose heart and lungs prone to perioperative complications .Conclusion：For patients with preoperative comprehensive evaluation , cardiopulmonary complications should have important significance for further predic -tion, at the same time more guidance value .
