探讨临床上脑供血不足头晕患者的护理干预效果

目的：研究临床上脑供血不足头晕患者的护理效果。方法：随机选择脑供血不足头晕患者66名,将其分为2组,每组33名患者,第1组患者进行护理干预,分为观察组,第2组患者进行常规的护理治疗,分为对照组,观察分析2组患者的头晕情况、心理状况。结果：经过护理之后,2组患者的头晕情况均有所下降,且观察组优于对照组,心理状态以及满意度都有所提高,且观察组明显高于对照组。结论：对脑供血不足患者进行护理干预不仅有利于改善患者的头晕状况,而且有利于改善患者的心理状态,提高其满意度。

Clinical study on effects of nursing intervention on patients with dizziness caused by cerebral circulation ischemia

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention on patients with dizziness caused by cerebral circulation ischemia.Methods：66 patients with dizziness caused by cerebral circulation ischemia were chosen and divided into two groups .Each group had 33 patients.Patients in observation group were treated by nursing intervention .Patients in control group were treated by conven-tional nursing .The dizziness and psychological status of patients were observed and analyzed for both groups .Results：The dizziness for both group were alleviated after nursing .The observation group＆#39;s result was better than the control group＆#39;s.The psychological status and the degree of satisfaction were ameliorated for both groups .The result of observation group was significantly higher than the control group ＆#39;s. Conclusion：Nursing intervention on patients with cerebral circulation ischemia would not only alleviate the dizziness , but also ameliorate the patient＆#39;s psychological status and satisfaction .
