长圆针治疗网球肘106例临床疗效观察

目的：观察长圆针治疗网球肘的临床疗效。方法：将106例患者随机分为治疗组（长圆针组）和对照组（单纯针刺组）。长圆针组采用在肱骨外上髁周边，手三里次和通过经筋辨证而查到的，手三阳经筋上的其它结筋病灶点上定点，先关刺再恢刺解结。每周1次，连做3次，总疗程共计21天。针刺组采取阿是穴、曲池、肘醪、手三里、合谷等针刺治疗每天1次，7天1疗程，连做3个疗程，共计21天。统计疗效。结果：长圆针组治愈50例，针刺组治愈40例，2组治愈率经统计学处理差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：长圆针治疗网球肘（肱骨外上髁炎），治愈率优于针刺治疗。

Long needle treatment of tennis elbow, 106 cases of clinical curative effect observation

Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of long round needle treatment of tennis elbow. Methods ：106 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （long round needle group） and control group （ acupuncture group）. Long needle group used in the lateral epicondyle of humerus circumference, hand three times and the meridian sinew differentiation and checked, three yang meridians of hand tendon on the other rib focus point, first close the thorn and needling untie the knot. 1 times a week, even to do 3 times, the total course of treatment for 21 days. The acupuncture group take Ashi, Quehi, Zh, hand three years, Hegu acupuncture for 1 times a day, a course of 7 days, even 3 period of treatment, a total of 21 days. The statistical effect was analyzed. Results：the long round needle acupuncture group of 50 cases were cured, 40 patients were cured, the cure rate was two in group with significant difference （p〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of tennis elbow long round needle （external humeral epicondylitis）, the cure rate should be better than acupuncture therapy.
