健康教育对乳腺增生患者治疗依从性的影响

目的探讨健康教育对乳腺增生患者治疗依从性的影响。方法对164例乳腺增生患者进行心理辅导和卫生宣教等干预措施后,通过问卷调查了解患者治疗依从性的状况。结果患者健康教育3个月后与健康教育前在药物治疗、乳腺定期自我检查、门诊复诊、合理饮食、乳腺保健、适量运动的依从性上比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论积极有效的健康教育,可以与患者保持快捷及时的联系,缩短医患之间的距离,改善患者的生活习惯,增强患者的生活幸福度,最终提高疾病的治愈率。

Effects of Health Education on Treatment Compliance of Patients with Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands

Objective To study the effects of health education on treatment compliance of patient with hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods After implementing interventions such as psychology counseling and health education for 164 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands,the compliance of the patients was understood through survey.Result There were significant differences between the compliance in medication,regular breast self-examinatin,further consultation,reasonable diets,breast care and moderate sports before and after 3 months of heatlh education(P <0.01).Conclusion Active and effective health education can keep in quick and timely contact with patient,shorten the distance between doctors and patients,improve patients' living habit,increase patients' degree of happiness and finally improve the recovery rate.
