原发性肝癌微创治疗与T淋巴细胞免疫功能研究进展

微创治疗已经成为中晚期原发性肝癌(HCC)的主要治疗方法之一,但生存率低仍然是治疗的瓶颈。HCC与机体细胞免疫密切相关。HCC患者细胞免疫功能低下,表现为CD4+降低,CD8+升高,CD4+/CD8+倒置、自然杀伤细胞活性降低。调节性T淋巴细胞升高。如何保护、提高HCC患者细胞免疫功能应是微创治疗中的重要方面。测定HCC患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的分布情况,可了解HCC患者的机体免疫状况,评估肝癌患者的抗肿瘤免疫功能以及预后,有利于HCC微创治疗方案的选择。细胞免疫状态将是微创物理性治疗的重要内容和研究方向之一。

Mini-invasive Therapy of Hepatic Carcinoma and T Lymphocyte Cellular Immune Function

Mini-invasive therapy is one of most important methods treating hepatic carcinoma(HCC).However,low survival rate still is a bottle neck to mini-invasive therapy.HCC has a close correlation with cellular immune function,T lymphocyte specially.HCC patients had low CD4+,high CD8+,inversion of ratio of CD4+/ CD8+and high regulatory T cell.How to provent or improve the cellular immune function sitituation of HCC paitents is one part of combined therapy.It is very important for us to evaluate the cellular immune function of HCC patients,which will be one of reaseach hot spots in HCC mini-invasive therapy.
