注射毒品所致假性股动脉瘤的外科治疗

目的探讨注射毒品所致假性股动脉瘤外科治疗的疗效。方法对18例注射毒品所致假性股动脉瘤病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果18例病人均接受手术治疗，其中有15例行瘤体切除并清创后均采用聚四氟乙烯薄膜（ePTFE）人造血管行髂外动脉和股浅动脉端端吻合术，术后14d及3个月复查彩色多普勒超声显示人造血管血流通畅；3例病人行单纯股浅动脉结扎术，术后患肢血运好。结论戒除毒瘾、彻底清创和血管重建是注射毒品所致假性股动脉瘤外科治疗取得成功的关键，部分病人可行单纯股浅动脉结扎术。

Surgical treatment of femoral pseudoaneurysm resulted from drug injections

Objective To evaluate the result of surgical treatment of femoral pseudoaneurysm caused by drug injections. Methods The clinical data and theraputic effects of 18 cases with femoral pseudoaneurysm caused by drug injections were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. Results Operations including removal of femoral pseudoaneurysm, debridement and anatomosis between external - iliac arteries and femoral superficial arteries with ePTFE graft were performed in 15 cases. All grafts were demonstrated to keep patent by CDU in 10 days or 3 monthes after opration. Conclusion Withdrawal from addiction, debridement and vascular reconstruction were the keys for successful treatment of femoral pseudoaneurysm caused by drug injections, and single ligature of femoral superficial arteries was performed in some patients.
