数字化无模多点成型钛网修补额颞区颅骨缺损

摘    要:背景:传统的手工塑形修复体修补额颞区颅骨缺损很难达到满意的整容效果。目的:观察数字化无模多点成形钛网技术在额颞区颅骨缺损修补中的应用效果。方法:选择2006-02/2010-06乌鲁木齐市友谊医院神经外科收治的额颞部颅骨缺损患者36例,均运用数字化无模多点成形钛网技术进行颅骨修补,并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果与结论:修复后三维重建示头颅形状恢复生理原貌,塑形满意度为100%。修补时间0.5~1.5h,平均0.8h。随访1~5年,未见移位、变形,无张口、咀嚼时疼痛等不良反应。提示数字化无模多点成形钛网技术修补额颞区颅骨缺损时间短,并发症少。
