| 摘 要： | 目的]调查四川省县级妇幼卫生保健机构卫生资源现状,分析存在的问题并提出相关建议,为促进县级妇幼卫生资源合理配置提供参考。方法]采用自行设计的问卷,通过机构自填法对四川省2009年利用国债、省财政投入建设并已投入使用的县级妇幼保健院进行调查。结果]四川省县级妇幼保健机构的基础设施较建设前得到较大改善,但仍面临着设备短缺、人力资源配置不合理、机构定位不明确等问题。结论]应大力增强设备配置均衡性,调整人力资源结构,进一步明确妇幼保健机构的定位,以促进基层妇幼保健机构的发展。
