中青年冠心病患者心理状态与人格特征的相关性研究

目的探讨中青年冠心病患者心理状态与人格特征的相关性。方法选择120例中青年冠心病患者为研究对象，利用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表及艾森克人格问卷进行测评。结果中青年冠心病患者中重度焦虑的发生率为66．7％，中重度抑郁的发生率为62．5％；焦虑得分与人格特征中的神经质维度、精神质维度呈正相关（P〈0．05），抑郁得分与人格特征中的神经质维度呈正相关（P〈0．01），与内外向维度呈负相关（P〈0．01）。结论中青年冠心病的发生与一些负性的情绪因素有关，以焦虑和抑郁最为主要，这种负性情绪和患者的个性特征具有关联性。

Research on the relationship between psychological status and individual personality of the young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the relationship between psychological status and individual personality of the young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 120 inpatients with CHD were investigated by means of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS)and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ). Results Of all subjects, 67% were indentified as anxiety,62% as depression. EPQN and EPQP were positively associated with anxiety (P＜0. 01 and P＜0. 05). EPQN were positively associated with depression (P ＜0. 01). EPQE were negatively associated with depression (P ＜0. 01). Conclusions Anxiety and depression play an important role in the pathogenesis of the young and middle-aged patients with CHD, which is associated with individual personality.
