产后抑郁125例影响因素调查研究

[目的]分析产后抑郁的影响因素,为临床工作提供指导信息。[方法]回顾性分析2009年11月～2010年10月于某院生产后的752例妇女的临床资料,应用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、艾氏产后抑郁问卷(EPDS)对产妇进行调查,统计产后抑郁发生情况与发生的危险因素。[结果]产后抑郁的发生率为16.6%(125/752),其发生未受到产妇年龄、婴儿性别的影响(P﹥0.05),而受到婴儿健康状况、产妇经济状况、婚姻满意度、母乳喂养方面的影响(P﹤0.05)。[结论]临床上应注意产后抑郁的影响因素,对产妇及其家属做好宣传教育工作,尽量避免产后抑郁的发生。
