| 摘 要： | 目的]了解贵阳市区及周边乡镇已婚育龄妇女乳腺和妇科疾病的病种、患病率及其影响因素,为今后开展妇女保健工作提供依据。方法]对6125例已婚育龄妇女进行常规乳腺和妇科疾病检查,并根据普查结果对各年龄段已婚育龄妇女妇科疾病的患病人数以及患病率进行对比分析。结果]常见妇科疾病患病人数1964例,患病率32.07%,其中宫颈糜烂患病人数最多,达608例,其次是阴道炎、子宫肌瘤、盆腔炎、附件囊肿;各年龄阶段妇科疾病患病率组间差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),31~40岁患病率最高,约为10.36%;参加乳腺疾病普查人数5193例,常见乳腺疾病中乳腺增生患病人数最高,约为860例,患病率为16.6%。结论]加强育龄妇女保健工作的宣传力度,提高妇女的自我保护意识;组织专业医疗队伍对育龄妇女进行定期普查,并制定相应的预防和治疗措施,减低发病率,提高治愈率。
