| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨自制活化部分凝血活酶试剂 (APTT)的应用效果。方法 在“Coachrom eIV”血凝仪上 ,用自制和进口的 APTT同时检测血浆活化部分凝血活酶时间。结果 两种试剂对不同水平凝血因子及肝素的敏感性基本一致 ,并且相关性良好 (r =0 .9756,P <0 .0 1)。结论 自制APTT试剂可以代替进口活化部分凝血活酶试剂

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the test effectivenesses of the activated partial thromboplastion time (APTT) reagent made by oneself. MethodsAPTT in plasma were measured with both made by oneself and imported reagents on the Coachrome IV measurement. ResultsThe sensitivities of both made by oneself and imported were different for levels of plasma coagulation factor and heparin in accord,and there was good relativity in APTT ratio (r = 0.9756,P < 0.01). ConclusionThe APTT reagent made by oneself can replace the imp orted one. |
