| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价CD11b、CD18在喉癌诊断、病情进展及治疗监测中的作用。方法 :采用流式细胞免疫学方法测定正常人 31例、喉咽部良性肿瘤 9例及喉癌 32例的外周血淋巴细胞上CD11b、CD18的含量。结果 :喉癌患者外周血淋巴细胞上CD11b、CD18的含量明显低于正常人及咽喉部良性肿瘤患者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :CD11b、CD18在喉癌的演变过程中有抑制肿瘤侵袭转移的作用 ,测定淋巴细胞上CD11b、CD18的变异表达可作为预测喉癌患者病情及估计预后的辅助指标之一

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of two tumor markers CD11b,CD18 in diagnosing laryngeal carcinoma,monitoring progress of disease and treating it.Methods:Using flow cytometric-immunological method the authors measured the levels of CD11b and CD18 on peripheral blood lymphocytes in 31 normal individuals,9 pharyngolaryngeal benign tumor patients and 32 laryngeal carcinoma patients.Result:The levels of CD11b and CD18 on peripheral blood lymphocytes in laryngeal carcinoma patients were statistically decreasing in comparison with normal individuals and pharyngolaryngeal benign tumor patients ( P <0.05).Conclusion:It reveals that CD11b and CD18 may play an important role in suppressing the tumor invasion and metastasis in laryngeal patients,and CD11b,CD18 may be one of auxiliary indicators for the prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma. |
