| 摘 要： | 随着肿瘤发病率及死亡率的急剧上升,其研究已成为医学研究的焦点,肿瘤数据资料具有数据量大、无序、检索不方便的特点,这就对资料的搜集与统计分析提出了更高要求,肿瘤登记数据库应运而生,它作为循证医学发展的产物,适用于对大量无序的肿瘤相关数据进行组织管理和快速的查询检索.着重介绍SEER数据库,总结国内外肿瘤登记数据库的临床应用情况及存在问题.

| Abstract: | With a sharp rise in the incidence and mortality of tumor, studies have gradually been hotter. Tumor data has the characteristics of being vast, disorderly, and inconvenient to retrieve. Tumor registry database is born as the product of the development of evidence-based medicine, which is more suitable for the organization management and fast query retrieval of a large number of disordered tumor-related data. This paper highlights the SEER database and sums up existing problems in clinical application of the tumor registry database at home and abroad. |
