介入化疗联合后程加速超分割三维适形放疗晚期食管癌的临床研究

目的探讨动脉灌注化疗联合后程加速超分割三维适形放疗晚期食管癌的临床应用。方法90例晚期食管癌患者随机分为单纯后程加速超分割三维适形放疗组（单放组）和动脉灌注化疗联合后程加速超分割三维适形放疗组（综合组）,并在治疗后进行随访,观察临床及放射学改善情况,评价治疗效果。结果治疗后大部分患者临床指标及X线片表现明显改善,综合组X线Ⅰ级片率明显高于单放组。综合组1,2,3年生存率分别为68.9%、44.4%和35.6%,单放组1,2,3年生存率分别为46.7%、24.4%和15.6%,两组间生存率差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。两组毒副作用相似,差异无显著性。结论动脉灌注化疗联合后程加速超分割三维适形放疗是治疗晚期食管癌的一种安全、可靠、疗效满意的治疗方法。
