| 摘 要： | 以网络技术为基础的远程教育为继续教育提供了一种手段,同时也促进了我国远程教育的建设与发展。随着远程教育的兴起,人们开始更关注它的质量问题。文章针对远程教育存在的质量问题,探讨了远程教育内部和外部质量保证体系建设的有关对策。

| Abstract: | Distance education(DE) based on network technology has provided opportunities for people's further education,and meanwhile promoted the construction and development of DE in China.With the emergence of DE,people have begun to pay special attention to problems of its quality.In view the problem of DE quality in China,the paper probes into solutions regarding the construction of internal and external quality guarantee system of DE. |
