雌二醇对皮质胆碱能纤维损伤后再生和抽芽的促进作用

摘    要:采用雌性SD大白鼠20只,于大鼠顶皮质作宽2mm的冠状切口,用药组以甲酸雌二醇肌注(100μg/kg),术后分别在2和4周,用染AchE纤维组织化学方法,结合网格计算分析切口嘴、尾侧区胆碱能纤维的再生抽芽状况。主要结果是:①损伤2周后,雌二醇甩药组嘴、尾侧纤维密度(19.8±13.7和82.5±17.2)高于损伤对照组(105.6±14.8和25.5±6.4)(P<0.01);②损伤4周后,用药组嘴、尾侧纤维密度(170.1±18.0和94.4±16.3)高于对照组(141.4±19.1和72.0±10.2)(P<0.01)。结果提示,雌二醇对皮质胆碱能纤维损伤后再生和抽芽具有促进作用。

Abstract:20 Sd rats (2 month old, female) were divided into 5 groups: one for control, two for cortex incision (survival 2, 4 weeks respectively) and two for cortex incision plus estrogen (im. 100μg/kg) treatment which with the same time intervals as cortex incision groups.AchE stain method was used for checking the change of cholinergic fiber density. The results indicated that, in estrogen group, densities of fiber in both sides of incision were higher than that in incision groups (P<0.01) after 2,4 weeks respectively, but in 4 weeks group, the densities of fiber in cranial part to incision became lower than that in 2 weeks group (P<0.01), The results demonstrated that estrogen could promate the regeneration and sprouting of cholinergic fiber in cortex following insult.
