| 摘 要： | 目的对冠脉造影患者实施预约检查制度,通过护理人员的提前干预使患者了解整个扫描过程,消除紧张恐惧心里,提高检查的成功率。方法把患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用提前预约的方法,于前一天下午对患者集中实施护理干预,对照组于登记当日同其他患者一样接受检查。结果预约组检查成功率明显高于对照组。结论对CT冠状动脉造影的患者实施预约检查制度,提前干预,使患者了解检查的整个过程,消除紧张恐惧心理,以良好的状态接受检查,提高了检查成功率。
