新生胶囊的质量标准研究

摘    要: 目的 建立新生胶囊的质量控制方法。方法 采用TLC对新生胶囊中的黄芪、赤芍、延胡索、洋金花和甘草进行了定性,并用薄层扫描法对黄茂中的黄芪甲苷进行了含量测定。结果 黄芪甲苷在2~7μg·μl〈sup〉-1〈/sup〉范围内呈线性关系,回收率为96.3%,RSD为2.3%。结论该法简单快速,结果可命,可用于控制新生胶囊的质量。

Abstract:OBJECTVIE To develop an effective method for quality control of Xinsheng capsules. METHODS Radix Astragali,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Rhizoma Coryrlalis,Flos Daturae and Radix Glycyrrhizae in Xinsheng capsules were identified by TLC method,and the content of Astragaloside 1V was determined by TLC-scanning method. RESULT Good linearity was shown between the concentration and peak area in the concentration range of 2~7 w8.h1~1 for Astragaloside N .The average recovery was 96. 3 %. with RSD 2.3 %。CONCLUASION The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and it could be used for controlling the quality of XinSheng capsules.
