UF-100与UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪在尿红细胞检测中的性能评价

摘    要:目的评价UF-100、UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪在尿红细胞检测中的性能。方法分别将UF-1000i和UF-100两种全自动尿沉渣分析仪尿红细胞检测结果与美国DiaSys(R/S2003)工作站(简称DiaSys)镜检红细胞的结果进行分析比较。结果 DiaSys、UF-1000i及UF-100三者间的相关系数分别为:r=0.732(DiaSys与UF-1000i)、r=0.693(DiaSys与UF-100)、及r=0.827(UF-1000i与UF-100)。以DiaSys检测系统为临床评价标准,UF-1000i检测红细胞的假阳性率为8.1%,假阴性率为5.2%,敏感性为94.8%,特异性为91.9%,符合率为92.5%;UF-100检测红细胞结果的假阳性率为10.5%,阴性率为6.3%,敏感性为93.7%,特异性为89.5%,符合率为90.3%。结论 UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液红细胞的性能优于UF-100。

Performance Evaluation of UF-100 and UF-1000i Urine Sedimentary Systems in Detecting Red Blood Cell

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the performance of UF-100 and UF-1000i urine sedimentary systems in detecting red blood cell.Methods The DiaSys workstation of US was used as a clinical standard in the comparison of the UF-1000i and the UF-100 urine sedimentary system to detect red blood cell in clinical samples.Results Good agreement for red blood cell was obtained between UF-1000i(r=0.732)and UF-100(r=0.693)and DiaSys workstation and both flow cytometers(r=0.827).Compared with the clinical standard of DiaSys workstation,the false positive rate of the UF-1000i was 8.1%,the false negative rate was 5.2%,the sensitivity was 94.8%,the specificity was 91.9%,and the precision rate was 92.5%.The false positive rate of the UF-100 was 10.5%,the false negative rate was 6.3%,the sensitivity was 93.7%,the specificity was 89.5%,and the precision rate was 90.3%.Conclusion The performance of the UF-1000i is better than that of the UF-100 in detectiong red blood cell.
