摘    要:目的:综合分析国内外关于神经干细胞的研究,以期进一步了解神经干细胞的分布、生物学特性、鉴定、增殖与分化。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline数据库和万方数据库1990-01/2006-03期间有关神经干细胞的文献,检索词“Neuralstem cells;Differentiation.神经干细胞,分化”。资料选择:对资料进行初审,筛除重复文献。资料提炼:经过筛选共收集到30篇有关神经干细胞的分布、生物学特性、鉴定、增殖与分化的文章。资料综合:神经干细胞的形态、位置和表面标志已被初步认识,分离培养技术日趋成熟.对其凋控机制、迁移特性的研究也进一步深入,外源性神经干细胞移植治疗和内源性神经干细胞激活疗法等临床实验也已展开,临床开展的神经于细胞移植已经应用于人类神经组织损伤和神经系统退行性疾病的治疗,但如何高效地诱导神经干细胞分化为特定递质类型的神经元或特定类型的神经胶质细胞有待进一步研究。结论:目前神经干细胞研究已经取得了可喜的进展,但如何高效地诱导神经干细胞分化为特定递质类型的神经元或特定类型的神经胶质细胞有待进一步研究。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To further understand the distribution, biological characteristics, identification, proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells (NSCs) on the basis of summarizing the study on NSCs at home and abroad. DATA SOURCES: Using the key terms of “Neural stem cells, differentiation” published in English, we searched the Medline database and Wanfang database from January 1990 to March 2006 for the relevant articles on the NSCs. STUDY SELECTION: The repeated articles were deleted during the course of primary browse. DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 30 articles were collected about the distribution, biological characteristics, identification, proliferation and differentiation of NSCs. DATA SYNTHESIS: NSCs shape, location and surface sign have been recognized primarily. The technique of separation and incubation is gradually ripe. The further study on modulatory mechanism and migratory characteristics of NSCs is carrying through. Exogenous NSC transplantation and endogenous NSC stimulating clinically have been applied to the treatment of organic damnification and neural degenerative diseases. But how to induce the NSCs to the specific neuron or specific neuroglial cell efficiently needs to be studied further. CONCLUSION: At present, the study on NSCs has been gotten delightfully. But how to induce the NSCs to the specific neuron or specific neuroglial cell efficiently need to be studied further.
