| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用股骨重建钉治疗同侧股骨干、股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法对28例同侧股骨干股骨颈骨折患者采用股骨重建钉治疗。结果术后随访12～45个月,股骨干骨折临床愈合时间为25～35周,平均28周;股骨颈骨折临床愈合时间为12～30周,平均18周。结论应用股骨重建钉治疗同侧股骨干、股骨颈骨折可获得良好的临床疗效,具有一定的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effective of treatment ofipsilateral fractures of femoral neck and shaft by reconstruction nail. Methods 28 cases of ipsilateral fractures of femoral neck and shaft were treated by reconstruction nail. Results All eases were followed up for 12 - 45 months ,The healing time of femoral shaft fractures ranged from 25 to 35 weeks, with an average of 28 weeks. The healing time of femoral neck fractures ranged from 12 to 30 weeks, with an average of 18 weeks.Conclusions A good clinical effective Can be obtained by reconstruction nail for ipsilateral fractures of femoral neck and shaft. It is worth applying. |
