梅毒血清固定患者细胞免疫功能研究

目的研究血清固定梅毒患者系统细胞免疫功能的变化,以探讨细胞免疫功能对梅毒血清固定的影响。方法应用流式细胞仪对38例血清固定梅毒患者及23例健康人外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞检测,并检测结果相对照。结果血清固定梅毒患者外周血CD3 、CD8 、Th2与健康组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05),CD4 、Th1、Tc、NK低于健康组,差异有显著性(P<0.01),Ts细胞明显高于健康组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论梅毒血清固定患者存在细胞免疫功能低下,免疫受抑制,细胞免疫功能低下在梅毒患者血清固定病程中起着一定的作用。

Cellular Immunity in Patients With Sero- resistance of Syphilis

Objective To study the changes of systemic cellular immunity in patients with sero-resistance of syphilis and to their mechanisms.Methods T lymphocyte subsets and NK cell were measured by flow cytometry in peripheral blood of 38 sero-resistance and 23 healthy subjects. Results The CD3~ ,CD8~ and Th2 showed no obvious differences between sero-resistance group and the healthy control group(P>0.05);but CD4~ ,Th1,Tc and NK cells in patients were lower than in healthy controls(P<0.01).Ts in patients were higher than in the healthy controls(P<0.01).Conclusions Patients with sero-resistance of syphilis have low cell-mediated immunity,which might play an important role in the pathogenesis of serofastness of the patients.
