丙戊酸钠添加硝西泮治疗儿童癫痫全身性发作36例

目的比较丙戊酸钠添加硝西泮和丙戊酸钠添加氯硝西泮治疗儿童癫痫全身性发作的疗效、安全性及依从性。方法选择儿童全身性发作癫痫病人59例．随机分两组分别给予丙戊酸钠添加硝西泮36例和丙戊酸钠添加氯硝西泮23例治疗，并随访观察疗效及不良反应。结果丙戊酸钠添加硝西泮治疗组与丙戊酸钠添加氯硝西泮组疗效相近，但不良反应少，性价比高。依从性好。结论丙戊酸钠添加硝西泮治疗儿童癫痫全身性发作疗效确定且价格低廉，值得在基层推广。

The clinical effect of sodium valproate/nitrazepam on 36 cases of major elilepsy in children

OBJECTIVE To investigate the curative effect,safty and compliance of sodium valproate/nitrazepam (sodium valproate combined with nitrazepam)compared with sodium valproate/clonazepam (sodium valproate combined with clonazepam) in the treatment of patients with major epilepsy in children. METHODS 59 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group (36/59) was treated by sodium valproate/nitrazepam while the control group (23/59)was treated by sodium valproate/clonazepam for one year.The curative effect and side effect were estimated at the time point of 1,4,8,12 weeks and 6,12 months after giving medicines. RESULTS Sodium valproate/nitrazepam and sodium valproate/clonazepam have similar curative effect on patients with major epilepsy.But the former has higher curative effect,better compliance,less side effcetion. CONCLUSIONS Sodium valproate/nitrazepam has curative effect on children with major epilepsy.This treatment has lower cost,less side effect and higher compliance, may be used in basic hospitals.
