摘    要:目的 :观察碟脉灵注射液对心室颤动 (简称室颤 )家兔血浆及心肌组织内皮素 1 ( ET- 1 )含量的影响。方法 :将实验用家兔 2 0只随机分成两组 ,一组为肾上腺素组 ( n=1 0 ) ,另一组为碟脉灵组( n=1 0 ) ,采用开胸心外膜下电刺激法制备室颤动物模型 ,用放免法测定室颤前后血浆及心肌组织ET- 1的含量。结果 :碟脉灵组室颤前血浆 ET- 1含量虽低于肾上腺素组 ,但差异无显著性( P>0 .0 5 ) ,室颤后血浆及心肌组织 ET- 1含量明显低于肾上腺素组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :碟脉灵注射液能降低室颤家兔血浆及心肌组织 ET- 1含量

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of Diemailing on ET 1 in plasma and heart tissues of rabbits with ventricular fibrillation. Methods:Twenty rabbits were divided randomly for experiments into 2 groups: epinephrine group ( n =10) and Diemailing group ( n =10). Animal models of sudden heart arrest were prepared by electric stimulation under epicardium after thoracotomy were adopted in the experiments. Radioimmunity method was adopted to measure ET 1 level in plasma and heart tissues before and after ventricular fibrillation.Results:Although ET 1 levels of Diemailing group in plasma before ventricular fibrillation were lower than that of epinephrine group,there was no significant difference between the two groups ( P >0.05). After ventricular fibrillation ET 1 levels of Diemailing group in plasma and heart tissues were evidently lower than that of epinephrine group. Conclusion:Diemailing injection can decrease ET 1 levels in plasma and heart tissues of rabbits with ventricular fibrillation.
