市直属机关干部高血压患病情况的调查分析

目的 分析市直属机关干部高血压患病情况,探讨有效的护理措施。方法 对市直属机关于部3718人,按规定要求测量血压,比较年龄、性别差异对高血压患病率的影响。结果 3458名资料完整的机关干部中,男女高血压患病率随年龄上升趋势有显著性差异(P<0.01),增长速度在61～81岁年龄组最快。各年龄组男女高血压患病率比较,21～40岁年龄组有显著性差异(P<0.01),其余各组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 提出机关干部高血压者的预防护理:注意血压的观察;生活方式指导:减轻体质量、加强锻炼、限制食盐摄入、戒烟并限制饮酒、行为疗法。

Survey of hypertension in cadres at offices directly under municipal government and the nursing countermeasures

Objective To survey hypertension cadres at offices directly under municipal government in order to find the nursing and preventive countermeasures. Methods We examined the blood pressure of 3718 office members and compared the effects of age and sex on hypertension rate. Results The survey revealed that the hypertension rate varied with ages significantly (P < 0.01), with highest rate at the ages of 61-81. In view of sex, there was significant difference at the ages from 21 to 40 (P < 0.05) and the differences were insignificant at other age groups. Conclusion To prevent hypertension among the cadres at offices directly under municipal government, such health care measures are necessary as close observation of blood pressure, instruction of life habits, keeping fit, physical exercises, limiting salt in-take, giving up smoking and implementation of behavior therapy.
