| 摘 要： | 目的探讨顺铂(DDP)、依托泊苷(VP-16)、博莱霉素(BLM)联合方案(PEB)化学治疗恶性耐药性妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤的疗效。方法恶性耐药性妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤56例,绒癌36例,侵蚀性葡萄胎20例,采用PEB方案化疗,观察其疗效及毒副作用。结果56例恶性耐药性妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤患者化学治疗总疗程为353个,平均疗程为6.3个,化疗后54例临床治愈,临床治愈率96.4%;PEB化学治疗方案的主要毒副作用为骨髓抑制及消化道反应。结论PEB方案联合化学治疗恶性耐药性妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤,是安全有效的治疗方案,可作为恶性耐药性妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤化学治疗的首选化疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effectiveness of combination chemotherapy with cisplatin ,etoposide and bleomycin (PEB) for treatment of malignant chemorefractory gestational trophoblastic tumor.
